    Britannica.com:  See above.  It sells ads and uses information from other sources.
    About.com:  not professional; commercialized;
    History.org:  a commercialized site;
    HistoryNet.com:  sells magazines;
    YouTube, home-made videos.  If the video comes from a scholarly source, it is acceptable.
